Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Manager, located in Fort Myers Beach, FL. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office & showroom operations, ensuring effective administrative processes, and maintaining a positive work environment. Duties include but are not limited to coordinating schedules, managing office equipment, providing support to staff, managing showroom inventory and delivering excellent customer service to clients. The role also involves acting as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications. Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain professional and positive client interactions. • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and general organizational duties. • Experience with Office Equipment and tools, ensuring efficient operations within the work environment. • Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site team setting. • Prior experience in office management or a related role is preferred. • Proficiency with office software and ability to adapt to new technologies.
