A VP of Clinical Quality enjoys some notable benefits: • $165,000 - $175,000 per year plus an annual bonus opportunity • Collaborative work environment where your contributions will be valued and recognized • Supportive, people-first culture that honors empathy, teamwork, and clinical excellence • Generous PTO, Holiday Pay, Medical/Dental/Vision & 401(k) Benefits As the VP of Clinical Quality, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do: • Lead national clinical quality strategy across home health, hospice, personal care, and staffing, ensuring the highest standards of patient-centered care. • Partner with corporate leaders and franchise owners to drive system-wide quality initiatives, regulatory readiness, and clinical consistency. • Provide expert consultation to regional leadership on compliance, survey outcomes, plans of correction, and CHAP/federal regulatory requirements. • Develop and modernize clinical policies, procedures, tools, and education for all service lines, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices. • Analyze patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and quality metrics to identify trends and implement improvements across the national network. • Guide and mentor the Clinical Quality Team, fostering a culture of compassion, accountability, and continuous learning. • Lead technology-supported quality initiatives, ensuring the network is prepared for new clinical platforms, tools, and innovations. • Build strong relationships across the franchise community, strengthening clinical support, communication, and collaboration nationwide. A few must-haves for our VP of Clinical Quality: • Active and unencumbered RN license with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field required, or equivalent experience. • Five years of progressive nursing management experience with strong clinical leadership. • Three years of home health or hospice supervisory/management experience (regional level preferred). • Demonstrated ability to lead across a national or multi-location care network—not just within a single department. • Experience building, maturing, or overseeing clinical quality programs. • Strong knowledge of home health and hospice regulations, Medicare CoPs, CHAP standards, HHVBP, PDGM, HQRP/HHQRP. • Highly effective communicator with strong relationship-building and cross-departmental collaboration skills. • Tech fluency—comfortable adopting and championing new technologies used to enhance clinical operations. • Ability to travel 40–50%, depending on national support needs Why Work for Interim HealthCare?
