Director of Outreach Are you a strategic leader driven by purpose and passionate about connecting communities to life-changing care? We are seeking a dynamic Director of Outreach to inspire and empower our outreach team, build trusted relationships, and drive referral growth across multiple markets. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of expanding access to our services, shaping outreach strategies, and strengthening partnerships to ensure every child receives the care they deserve. What's in it for you: • Opportunity to lead outreach efforts that directly improve access to care for children and families • Highly collaborative leadership role with influence across marketing, intake, and operations teams • Play a key role in launching new markets and expanding organizational impact across multiple states • Work with a value-driven leadership team focused on innovation, growth, and excellence • Comprehensive benefits, professional development opportunities, and a mission-driven culture • Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives This role will be responsible for: • Leading, coaching, and developing a geographically dispersed team of Physician Liaisons • Designing and executing local outreach strategies to drive brand awareness and referral growth • Building high-impact partnerships with pediatricians, diagnosticians, schools, and therapists • Supporting the successful launch of new markets through strategic relationship building • Using Salesforce, Power BI, and Badger to forecast trends, guide execution, and measure ROI • Acting as a visible community advocate by attending key events and strengthening local presence • Collaborating across teams to deliver seamless family journeys from referral to care Expectations will include: • Driving sustained referral pipeline growth through high-trust provider engagement • Partnering with Marketing to co-create outreach campaigns tailored to local needs • Aligning with Intake to optimize referral conversions and onboarding experiences • Providing transparent, data-driven reporting to senior leadership • Coaching and mentoring team members to foster accountability, collaboration, and high performance • Upholding compliance with HIPAA and industry standards while advancing ethical outreach practices • Staying current on ABA industry trends to inform strategy and execution A qualified candidate will possess the following: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred) • 5+ years of outreach, business development, or marketing leadership experience, ideally within healthcare or behavioral health • Proven success managing multi-site and remote teams in fast-paced environments • Expertise using Salesforce, Power BI, and Badger for strategic outreach and analytics • Strong relationship-building skills with a history of cultivating referral networks and partnerships • Multisite, multi-state leadership experience within complex healthcare settings • Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills • Willingness to travel regularly to support team members, partners, and new market launches • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities effectively Compensation: Compensation will include a base salary and bonus with total compensation approaching $200k annually.
