Administrative Business PartnerPay Rate/Range: $28.00 to $35.50 Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Location: Onsite in South San Francisco, CA Duration: 7 months Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Operational SupportIdentify and anticipate business partners' needs; prioritize tasks and workflow accordingly.Provide general administrative support, including managing travel arrangements, processing expenses, maintaining electronic files, and greeting visitors.Coordinate meetings, events, and activities both on-site and off-site, including ordering food and supplies as needed.Maintain compliance with company policies and facilitate communication within the team and across departments.Participate actively in administrative team meetings and support group-wide projects.Scheduling & CoordinationManage multiple calendars with a focus on heavy, complex meeting scheduling.Support external candidate interviews, new hire onboarding, and orientation activities.Arrange and support meetings utilizing various technology platforms.Technology & Meeting SupportUse and support all major meeting technologies including in-room systems, video conferencing tools, Google Meet, Zoom, and global webcast platforms.Submit and track IT, facilities, and site services requests.Procurement & Vendor ManagementManage purchase orders, invoices, contracts, vendor maintenance, and payment tracking.Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of financial and vendor-related tasks.Project CoordinationManage deadlines for business needs and support special projects as required.Collaborate with administrative team members on complex projects and high-priority assignments.Required Skills & AttributesExcellent judgment when handling sensitive, confidential, or complex information.Ability to work independently and take direction from business partners and administrative leads.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Exceptional attention to detail with strong follow-up skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks, shifting priorities, and unexpected requests while maintaining professionalism.Customer service-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.Positive, adaptable, and team-focused attitude.Qualifications2-3 years of administrative support experience required.Strong computer skills, specifically with Google Suite (gCal, gMail, gDrive, etc.).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Benefits:?
