This is a high-visibility role in one of the fastest-growing areas of professional services, and the ideal candidate brings a rare mix of technical depth, delivery discipline, organizational leadership, and commercial acumen. The firm specializes in modern ecosystems —Azure, Databricks, Snowflake —and partners with enterprise clients to modernize data platforms, drive analytics transformation, and embed AI/ML capabilities. What You Will Lead 1. Executive Pre-Sales & Growth Leadership (≈60%) • Lead and shape pre-sales for multimillion-dollar data engineering & analytics modernization programs. • Architect solutions, design delivery models, and craft compelling customer value narratives. • Present to C-suite and senior technology leaders with clarity, confidence, and technical credibility. • Differentiate through accelerators, reusable IP, and proven delivery excellence. 2. Delivery Oversight & Enterprise Program Governance (≈25%) • Ensure execution quality across large-scale, multi-cloud, multi-platform data initiatives. • Govern scope, budget, schedule, and risk with disciplined executive oversight. • Intervene in at-risk or complex programs to stabilize delivery and reset customer expectations. • Drive excellence across architecture, engineering, analytics, and cloud teams. 3. Technology Strategy, IP Development & Innovation (≈15%) • Guide the firm’s next generation of accelerators in data engineering, analytics, and AI. • Evaluate emerging cloud/AI trends and shape strategic offerings. • Serve as a visible thought leader in the modern data ecosystem. • Strengthen the firm's positioning across Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft, and cloud partners.
