Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Billing & Coding Instructor located in Morrison, CO. The instructor will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons on Medical Billing & Coding, preparing course materials, and assessing students' progress. Other responsibilities include mentoring students, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, and ensuring compliance with educational requirements. Collaboration with other educators and administrative teams to support student success is an integral part of this role. Qualifications • Expertise in Medical Billing, Medical Coding, and understanding of industry regulations and practices • Experience in teaching or mentoring, along with strong classroom management and public speaking skills • Ability to design and deliver course materials, assessments, and hands-on learning activities • Strong organizational, communication, and technical skills • Commitment to staying current with developments in the medical billing and coding field • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and coding certification (e.g., CPC, CCA, CCS, or equivalent); teaching certification is a plus • Experience in teaching or training in a medical or academic setting is preferred but not required
