Day to Day: Insight Global is looking for a highly motivated, communicative individual to work for one of our large logistics companies. This candidate will be responsible for Responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts with a focus on daily monitoring, cash flow optimization, and collections. This role aims to improve account status by resolving payment issues through proactive communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. • Manage customer accounts by monitoring outstanding invoices, resolving payment issues, and negotiating terms. • Collaborate across departments to reconcile accounts, resolve disputes, and improve billing accuracy. • Analyze aging reports, track collection efforts, and escalate unresolved accounts as needed. • Maintain accurate documentation, customer records, and support processing of refunds, write-offs, and offsets. • Respond to customer inquiries and contribute to account strategy development with leadership. Must Haves: • Strong Excel experience using v-lookups and pivot tables • 1-3-year experience commercial account receivable experience, or cash applications • Adaptable to a high-volume and fast-paced environment Plusses: • Experience in freight transportation or logistics Duration: 6-month C2H Schedule: 5 days onsite (WFH Fridays after 90 days) Compensation: $21.63/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
