A leading regional healthcare system is undergoing a major digital transformation as they expand clinical facilities and elevate the patient experience. We are seeking a Digital Solution Architect to guide the design, integration, and governance of enterprise digital health solutions across the organization. This is a high-impact, strategic role responsible for shaping future-state architecture, driving interoperability across platforms, and enabling seamless patient and provider experiences. What You’ll Do • Translate business and clinical strategy into scalable digital architecture and technical roadmaps. • Lead solution design and analysis across enterprise applications, platforms, and integrations. • Develop architectural blueprints that convert business and technical requirements into actionable designs. • Assess emerging technologies (Epic ecosystem, CRM/Cheers, Digital Front Door, RTLS, etc.) and recommend adoption paths. • Guide integration strategy across Epic and third-party systems, ensuring interoperability, data flow consistency, and system performance. • Identify technical debt, system gaps, and modernization opportunities. • Establish architecture standards, patterns, governance models, and evaluation criteria for new solutions. • Collaborate closely with product, operations, IT leadership, and agile teams to align delivery with enterprise goals. • Maintain application portfolio roadmaps and support long-term planning for digital solutions. What We’re Looking For • 5+ years in digital solution architecture within healthcare provider environments. • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, clinical workflows, and provider-facing solutions. • Experience with Epic integrations and third-party applications (CRM/Cheers, Contact Center, Digital Front Door tools, etc.). • Familiarity with RTLS or real-time tracking solutions. • Solid grasp of integration technologies (APIs, FHIR/HL7, interoperability frameworks, middleware, interface engines). • Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strategic thinker with experience influencing enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives. Nice to Have: • Experience working with agile scrum teams • Background supporting provider environments during facility expansions or major modernization efforts
