Job Type Full-time Description Your key responsibilities include: • overseeing training programs, ensuring quality standards are met and implementing systems to enhance training effectiveness. • Developing and executing quality strategies to enhance process efficiency and predictability • Guiding the quality team and acting as a bridge between senior management, stakeholders, and regulators. • Embedding quality at the core of the business to drive operational excellence and mitigate risks. • Setting standards for honesty and authenticity in all aspects of work, providing support, feedback, and coaching to others. • Promoting learning, knowledge sharing, coaching, and feedback across the organization to foster a culture of continuous improvement. • This role is pivotal in aligning quality management with business objectives, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the organization's strategic success.
