Full Description

Being an Operations Manager with us means putting your exceptional organizational and leadership skills to work. As an Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at our Crystal Lake warehouse, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain quality and efficiency. On a Daily Basis, You Will • Plan and coordinate warehouse activities (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control) • Take ownership of ERP system issues, ensure timely and effective resolutions, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. • Manage 4 warehouse employees and handle any arising situations in the office or the warehouse and assist in the planning and organization of employee events. • Oversee administrative tasks and ensure office operations run smoothly • Schedule inbound and outbound deliveries for optimal efficiency • Maintain safety compliance and a clean, organized workspace • Accurately enter data into our inventory system and assist with inventory management tasks as needed. • Support periodic inventory counts and help reconcile discrepancies in stock levels to ensure accuracy. • Provide friendly, clear, and professional customer service to CDL drivers, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely and smooth operations.
