Job Description: • Own the expansion of Innovaccer’s VBC Provider business by identifying, shaping, and closing enterprise transformation opportunities with health systems, ACOs, CINs, and provider networks. • Serve as a trusted advisor to Chief Medical Officers, Chief Population Health Officers, CFOs, and operational leaders—helping them optimize performance in value-based contracts through Innovaccer’s capabilities. • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Solution Consulting teams to align Innovaccer’s VBC Provider Solution with customer goals around clinical quality, risk adjustment, and shared savings performance. • Design value-based transformation roadmaps, build financial and clinical ROI models, and guide organizations through implementation and adoption of analytics-driven care management and performance improvement solutions. • Lead executive-level deal discussions, structure partnerships, and drive revenue growth across enterprise healthcare customers participating in risk-based or performance-based arrangements. • Represent Innovaccer in executive briefings, industry events, and customer innovation sessions to showcase our approach to enabling success in value-based care delivery and payment models. • Mentor and guide solution specialists, consultants, and engineers to strengthen Innovaccer’s delivery capability and client impact in the VBC domain. • Bring back insights from the field—informing product direction, pricing, and go-to-market strategy to ensure Innovaccer’s VBC Provider Solution remains best-in-class. Requirements: • 12–15+ years of experience in healthcare operations, value-based care, or enterprise transformation roles. • Proven track record of driving growth and leading large-scale value-based care or population health transformation programs within provider or health system environments. • Deep understanding of care management, quality improvement, risk adjustment, provider enablement, and value-based payment models. • Strong executive presence and ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders (CMO, CPO, CFO, and Population Health leaders). • Demonstrated success in solution-driven enterprise sales or consulting engagements focused on clinical, operational, and financial performance improvement. • Excellent storytelling, analytical, and commercial acumen—able to connect technology, data, and analytics to measurable value-based outcomes. • Hands-on, collaborative leadership style suited to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. • Ability to travel up to 30-40%. • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred.
