8+ years product management experience with 3+ years in Prior Authorization or clinical workflow products, strong healthcare domain knowledge, and executive communication skills.
Job Description: • Own the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for Prior Authorization solutions. • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback synthesis to identify opportunities and drive prioritization. • Translate regulatory, payer, and provider needs into actionable product strategy (e.g., EDI integrations, automation, clinical workflows, interoperability). • Lead discovery sessions and validation cycles with providers, payers, clinical reviewers, and operations teams. • Partner with Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success to convert strong market interest into customer wins. • Represent the product in executive-level conversations, demos, and RFP responses. • Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, clinical, and data teams to deliver high-quality, scalable PA capabilities. • Own backlog management, feature definition, and release planning. • Ensure on-time delivery, adoption success, and continuous improvements based on customer and user feedback. • Support Sales & Marketing with compelling product narratives, value propositions, collateral, and training. • Contribute to pricing, packaging, and solution positioning for different customer segments. • Help operationalize delivery frameworks and scale implementations across customers. • Mentor PMs/Junior PMs and influence stakeholders across teams. • Foster a culture of customer-centricity, data-driven decision-making, and delivery excellence. • Act as a thought partner to senior leadership on PA strategy, growth opportunities, and long-term roadmap planning. Requirements: • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years focused on Prior Authorization or clinical workflow products. • Strong understanding of PA workflows (e.g., authorization submissions, clinical review, EDI 278/275, guidelines, appeals). • Experience working with health plans, providers, or vendors in the PA/RCM space. • Demonstrated success in building and scaling enterprise healthcare products. • Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presence. • Ability to influence and collaborate in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
