About the role We're looking for a Product Designer to work on the Injective web products, and DAPPs. This is an outstanding opportunity to work fully hands-on in DeFi. The ideal candidate will be able to map out a diverse set of creative solutions and work with leadership to help craft Injective's products. Responsibilities: Leading design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches Propagate a strong design practice, influence product strategy, and impact our product execution and quality. Partnering closely with engineering, product, and business teams to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges Listening to users to develop the right product strategy and solutions that delight our customers Rapidly producing multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes Who you are: 3+ years in a UI/UX design role (experience at a consumer fintech company is preferred) Proven experience building excellent consumer-facing mobile and web products Experience developing wireframes and prototypes Ability to communicate optimally on an ego-free, highly energetic, and cross-functional team Excellent Figma and Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) Strong information design experience with a solid foundation in UX design heuristics Deep knowledge and applied experience in graphic design (layout, typography, color) A portfolio that demonstrates love and care for their craft A passion for building and creating in a fast paced, start up environment Preferred: Previous experience working in the crypto space Previous experience working at an exchange (CEX or DEX) Why work with us?
