Job Title: Campaign Operations Analyst / Senior Analyst Department: Marketing Operations Duration: 6+months Role: Remote Position Overview The Campaign Operations Analyst/Sr. Analyst plays a key role in defining, documenting, and optimizing the workflows required to launch integrated marketing campaigns at scale. This individual works closely with Global Demand Programs, Field Marketing, Web Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to drive demand generation, enhance campaign efficiency, and strengthen operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of marketing operations, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical execution. Responsibilities Partner with marketing stakeholders to design campaign plans and tactical strategies, ensuring alignment across all systems and teams involved in campaign execution. Create and maintain reusable templates for emails, landing pages, forms, segments, and reports to improve accuracy and efficiency. Document, evaluate, and optimize MAP (Marketing Automation Platform) and IPC processes, programs, and procedures. Monitor, troubleshoot, and report on campaign performance metrics across MAP, IPC, and related marketing applications. Maintain a high-quality marketing database by normalizing and uploading contact data into the MAP and CDP. Train and support marketing teams on how to use the MarTech stack effectively while following internal standards, industry best practices, and the organization’s compliance commitments. Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience. • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive email/web design. • Strong understanding of marketing techniques and the end-to-end campaign lifecycle. • 3+ years of relevant marketing experience. • Experience executing and managing campaigns through an enterprise-level email service provider (ESP). Preferred Qualifications • Hands-on experience with Iterable for campaign execution. • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce). • Experience with event technology such as Swoogo, Brightcove, and Zoom. • Experience building audiences or segments using a Customer Data Platform (CDP). • Experience creating dashboards or reports using tools like Qlik, Tableau, or Mixpanel. • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. • Demonstrated project management capabilities, including timeline management, dependency tracking, and risk identification. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with a strong interest in metrics-driven marketing.
