Project Manager – Mid Level Location: Raleigh, NC | Work Mode: Hybrid | Type: Contract Overview: Seeking a Project Manager to support NC Medicaid Provider Operations. This role oversees new initiatives, ongoing projects, provider communications, and vendor performance within the PM/Communications/Training/Healthy Opportunities areas. Responsibilities: • Manage and track multiple Provider Operations projects and initiatives. • Resolve complex issues and collaborate with leadership to implement new programs. • Oversee planning, development, and execution of new initiatives with vendors and internal teams. • Ensure accurate and timely provider communications and cross-functional coordination. • Analyze and refine procedures to maintain provider accuracy and prevent fraudulent enrollments. • Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual requirements. Required Skills: • 3+ years’ experience with NC Medicaid & Provider Operations • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • High attention to detail • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills • Ability to build team commitment
