We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead field marketing initiatives across North America. This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing programs that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline growth. Key Responsibilities: Plan and Execute Field Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing strategies and campaigns, including events, digital marketing, direct mail, webinars, and localized content to promote Infios’ supply chain software solutions. Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and execute ABM programs tailored to high-value accounts, leveraging personalized content and engagement strategies to drive deeper relationships and accelerate pipeline. AI-Driven Insights: Utilize AI-powered tools and analytics to optimize campaign performance, personalize outreach, and identify new opportunities for engagement and conversion. Lead Generation: Partner with the sales team to generate and qualify leads through field marketing activities, ensuring a steady pipeline of marketing-qualified leads. Event Management: Coordinate and manage all aspects of field marketing events, including logistics, staffing, materials, and on-site execution. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends, and gather insights to inform future marketing strategies. Mentorship: Provide guidance, best practices, and support to field marketing team members, helping them develop skills and achieve marketing goals without direct managerial responsibility. Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for field marketing activities and track performance to measure success and optimize future campaigns. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and global marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives. Budget Management: Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience: 7+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably in the software or technology industry. Skills: Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
