Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to guide and support our agile teams through all phases of product development. The Scrum Master will serve as a servant leader and coach, ensuring that the team follows agile principles and delivers high-quality results efficiently. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of Scrum and agile frameworks. Key Responsibilities Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach team members in self-management and cross-functionality to build high-performing agile teams. Help the team identify and remove obstacles that may impede progress. Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure a well-maintained and prioritized backlog. Support the Product Owner in communicating the product vision, goals, and backlog priorities to the team. Ensure Scrum principles are understood and practiced across the organization. Monitor team performance metrics and promote continuous improvement. Foster an environment of transparency, collaboration, and accountability. Partner with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to promote consistent agile practices across teams. Protect the team from outside interruptions and distractions. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile delivery role. Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other agile methodologies. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification preferred. Experience working with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. Proven ability to coach and mentor teams in agile practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in scaled agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS). Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines. Background in software development or product management. Experience working in distributed or hybrid team environments.
