Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $110K -$140K • Equity: Meaningful ownership in a high-growth company • Benefits: Healthcare, PTO, and full remote flexibility What We're Looking For • 4+ years in a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar role within marketing analytics or BI. • Strong ability to consult with clients and define KPI requirements that translate into SQL queries. • Expert-level SQL skills, including view/model creation and database management for governed reporting environments. (SQL proficiency assessment may be required) • Experience in data modeling and transforming raw data into reporting-ready datasets. • Proven ability to architect, develop, and orchestrate data pipelines in production environments. • Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., FiveTran, Airbyte), including connector management and debugging. • Familiarity with DBT or similar transformation tools. • Strong technical knowledge of marketing analytics platforms and concepts: • Ad Platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) • Web Analytics (GA4 required, Mixpanel, etc.) • CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) (Marketing analytics proficiency assessment may be required) We are an equal opportunity employer and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
