We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized administrative assistant to join our team. This role requires someone to handle confidential information carefully with discretion; along with strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Receptionist / Administrative Assistant Responsibilities include but not limited to (Training will be provided): • Welcoming clients and handling reception in a pleasant and professional manner • Must display excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction • Ability to work as part of a team and independently • Handle high volume of incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner • Transfer phone calls and take messages when needed personnel is not available • Accurately organize, assemble, scan, file and maintain paper and electronic tax documents • Data entry including: Assist with billing activities, including preparing invoices, process payments and maintain accurate billing records in our database • Create shipping labels for outgoing mail services (USPS Priority Mail) • Provide general support to team members and management • Follows company safety procedures and policies Receptionist / Administrative Assistant Requirements (Training will be provided): • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work • Professional demeanor and appearance • Professional office attire • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word), Google Sheets and QuickBooks online • Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers, scanners and postage machine Job Type: Full-time/ Part-Time Salary: $17.00 per hour Schedule: • 8-hour shift Work Location: One location Pay: $17.00 per hour Work Location: In person
