We are seeking skilled Automation Technicians to support their 2nd and 3rd shift operations. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain, troubleshoot, and develop robot and automation programs across a variety of equipment. • Modify existing programs on controlled machines, including robots, lasers, welders, benders, and presses. • Install and service electro-mechanical and electronic test and production equipment. • Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for accurate diagnostics and repairs. • Ensure compliance with OSHA and internal safety protocols during maintenance and installation. • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams on program development and equipment upgrades. • Report maintenance activities and equipment performance to support accurate asset tracking. Qualifications: • Experience with automation systems and industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment. • Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and electrical diagrams. • Practical knowledge of industrial electronics, welding applications, and electrical systems. • Hands-on experience with robotic programming and troubleshooting. • Familiarity with maintaining and modifying control systems and PLCs. • Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and industrial safety procedures. Preferred Skills & Experience: • Experience working with presses, benders, lasers, welders, or similar manufacturing technology. • Previous work in a fast-paced, global manufacturing or food production environment. • Exposure to custom production equipment and specialized electro-mechanical test apparatus. • Comfortable working independently under minimal supervision. Shift Information: • 2nd Shift: Afternoon to evening hours • 3rd Shift: Overnight hours Shift premiums may apply. Overtime may be required based on production needs. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour Work Location: In person
