We are seeking a Dental Front Office Coordinator to collaborate with our team to improve our patient’s dental health and smiles. As a Front Office Coordinator, you will deliver best-in-class patient care and focus on putting every patient first, every visit. Schedule: Amazing Office hours and flexibilty in schedule creates a great work/life balance with NO weekends! • Monday: 8am-5pm • Tuesday: 8am-5pm • Wednesday: 8am-5pm • Thursday: 8am-5pm • Friday: 9am-3pm • Saturdays: Off • Sundays: Off Responsibilities Our Dental Front Office Coordinator should (but not limited to): • Meet and greet patients with enthusiasm and kindness is our number one priority • Ability to learn dental verbiage, coding, and procedures • Insurance benefits verification • Manage patient documents and records • Process and complete claim forms • Engage and foster strong patient relationships through a positive experience • Discuss treatment and financial arrangements with patients • Schedule appointments and help develop productive schedules • Demonstrate proper phone etiquette • Participates and contributes to a positive work environment Qualifications • Open to those with no dental experience or 1 or more years of experience working in a Dental Front Office role • Excellent customer service skills • Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required Apply today and join a team that thrives to elevate all aspects of dentistry having patient health at the center of everything we do.
