We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Northwest Region – US for our Support Systems Division – Wesanco Zsi - a leading manufacturer of support products for the electrical, mechanical-plumbing, and HVAC-Refrigeration industries. Profile: We are looking for a highly motivated and customer focused Regional Sales Manager to support our commercial sales team. As a Regional Sales Manager you will develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth, while maintaining acceptable product profit margins within a specific geographic region.  You will manage multiple sales territories, each with specific sales agents. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and develop sales representatives to achieve and exceed performance goals.  * Prepare monthly sales reports for internal purposes and sales agents. * Obtain and provide new product ideas from customer feedback. * Establish realistic sales goals and quotas for their region and team, aligning them with overall company objectives. * Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. * Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the e-commerce experience.
