Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Team Member to join our high-performing operations team. This role is ideal for individuals with proven experience in high-volume distribution environments, particularly with stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks. Schedule: Sunday-Thursday Shift: 3rd 11:00pm-7:00am Key Responsibilities • Receive and inspect incoming finished goods for accuracy and damage • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and care • Operate stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks safely and efficiently • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment • Support inventory accuracy through proper documentation and cycle counting • Comply with all company safety, quality, and operational procedures Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required • Minimum 2 year of experience in a high-volume warehouse or shipping environment • Minimum 2 years of experience operating stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Why Join Ideal Tridon? • Direct Hire – Start as a full-time team member on Day One • Medical Benefits – Company covers 80% of premiums • Tuition Reimbursement – Support for your educational growth • Wellness & Fitness Incentives: • $50/year wellness reward for completing a physical (applies to household members too) • Up to $300/year for individuals or $600/year for families toward eligible fitness/weight loss programs • 401(k) Retirement Plan: • Eligible after 30 days • 100% match on the first 3%, 50% match on 4% and 5% • Immediate vesting • Paid Time Off & Holidays: • 10 paid holidays annually • 80 hours PTO/year (1–5 years of service) • 120 hours PTO/year (after 5 years) • 160 hours PTO/year (after 12 years) • First-year PTO is prorated based on start date Equal Opportunity Employer Statement Ideal Tridon is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
