Role Overview Your role and responsibilities Senior Maximo Integration Lead responsible for enterprise-wide systems integration in support of federal initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Lead planning, analysis, design, and implementation of complex Maximo integrations across diverse platforms • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless integration, verification, and validation • Oversee configuration management, documentation, and change control processes • Troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, and ensure traceability across design artifacts • Support audits and milestone events throughout the acquisition lifecycle Preferred Education Master's Degree Required Technical And Professional Expertise • Minimum of 10 years of experience in systems integration engineering with enterprise applications • Minimum of 5 years integrating IBM Maximo with other platforms and services • Minimum of 5 years of experience with configuration management, change control, and technical documentation • Minimum of 5 years of experience using Java, JavaScript, HTML, and APIs (SOAP/REST) to build and connect Maximo functionalities • Strong knowledge of system architecture, data flows, and troubleshooting integrated systems • Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance with the U.S. government Preferred Technical And Professional Experience • A minimum of 5 years of experience with cloud environments such as AWS or IBM Cloud • A minimum of 5 years of understanding IBM Maximo application functionalities and configuration options • A minimum of 3 years performing code reviews and applying best practices in Maximo development • Experience serving as a task lead or technical liaison • Experience working in federal agency environments and familiarity with federal enterprise architecture and compliance standards
