What you'll accomplish with us As a Vice President of Strategic Delivery, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities: • Lead administration system transformation for Lifecom and/or Illumifin • Create a charter and overall plan for system transformation • Build and attain approval for comprehensive business cases • Establish a PMO framework for the US Life Organization • Collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of overall objectives What could accelerate your success in this role We're looking for someone who: • Is known for their ability to think strategically and communicate objectives in a clear manner • Stands out for their strong organizational skills • Demonstrates strong ability to execute and remain focused on key deliverables • Is recognized for their ability to influence and lead a team • Has ten plus years of experience in cross-functional project management and life insurance.
