Personality Requirements: • Must be 18yrs old • Clean Background Check • Enjoys athletics • Ability to learn, adopt, and communicate the i9 Sports/USAT Tennis Format • Wants to help the players learn and have fun • Can clearly communicate and work with others (Volunteer coaches, parents, and other staff) • Likes to get involved and stay busy Job Description - Instructor/Coach • Understand the sport with the ability to teach to beginners • Teach players the fundamentals of the sport executing the provided USTA program guide • Provide positive and encouraging feedback for players, building confidence and self-esteem • A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education • A job for which all ages, including older job seekers, are encouraged to apply Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour With over 3.5 million registrations in communities across the country, i9 Sports is the nation's largest multi-sport provider focused solely on high-quality, community-based youth sports programs.
