Full Description

$50,000 - $55,000 DOE As the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and efficiency. You’ll lead and support the F&B team, manage budgets, streamline processes, and uphold brand standards. Your leadership will drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence across the department. Key Responsibilities • You will be the driving force behind our hotel's dining services, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. • Your daily tasks will include managing food and beverage staff, coordinating daily operations, and overseeing budgets and inventory. • You will report to the Director of Food & Beverage or General Manager. • A career as a food and beverage operations manager can lead to opportunities in various management roles within the hospitality industry, such as director of food and beverage, general manager, or even a corporate-level position. Education & Experience Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have: • A combination of education and experience • This role will need to be a highly hands-on role. This person will be cooking for breakfast or dinner and or banquets 3+ days a week while overseeing a small team of 9. They need to have administrative and leadership qualities, but we would be willing to train someone if they have F&B supervisor level skills.
