Full Description

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Operations Specialist to join our operations team in NYC. The selected candidate will support the daily management of Air Import/Export Shipments & Domestic, working closely with logistics partners, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery. Responsibilities · Monitor and coordinate national and international shipments · Manage shipping documentation and enter data into operational systems · Communicate with suppliers and clients to resolve any issues or disruptions · Support the planning and optimization of logistics flows · Collaborate with the team to continuously improve operational processes Requirements · Strong interest in the transportation and supply chain sector · Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities · Familiar with Custom regulation for regular importation, exportation, temporary importation, re-export, ATA Carnet · Experience managing valuable & Luxury cargo preferred · Good knowledge of Excel and digital tools What we offer · A dynamic and collaborative work environment · Continuous training and professional growth opportunities · Exposure to international projects We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
