We’re a well-established landscaping company with a hardworking crew and a reputation for quality. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Office Administrator & Bookkeeper to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is idea for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable juggling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, small business environment. If you’re someone who takes pride in your work, communicates clearly, and knows your way around QuickBooks, we’d love to talk. What You’ll Be Doing: · Managing day-to-day office operations, including , HR support, and general admin tasks · Handling invoicing, billing, and bookkeeping using QuickBooks Desktop and Online · Answering phones and emails with professionalism and a friendly tone · Assisting with scheduling, data entry, and internal communications · Working closely with the management team to keep things organized and on track What We’re Looking For: · Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Desktop and Online is required · Comfortable with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools · Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities · Good communication skills and a team-first attitude · Willingness to learn how we do things and adapt as needed · Experience in a small business or construction/landscaping office is a plus What We Offer: · Full-time position (35-40 hours/week) · Health insurance · Retirement plan with company match · On-the-job training and support · A close-knit team that values hard work and good people · Occasional BBQs, lunches, and team get-togethers Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Experience: • QuickBooks: 2 years (Required) • Landscaping: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
