Maintain all quality and production records and assist with training as required. Essential Functions • Learn to perform machine set-up and wheel changes in assigned workstation within standard set-up times. • Maintain all quality and production records including tooling calibration, daily walk around, etc. • Maintain productivity, utilization, schedule and quality records and comply with all standards. • Perform in process inspection. Job Responsibilities • Maintain 6S and other area housekeeping standards. • Execute clean-up shift procedures. • Maintain visual control boards and hour X hour charts. • Participate and actively promote continuous improvement activities. • Follow policies and procedures as outlined in Employee Handbook • Actively participate, promote and comply with all Quality and EH&S programs and policies. • Achieve and maintain certified status. • Maintain acceptable attendance. • Perform all other job duties as assigned.
