First Shift -No Weekends & Home Every Night Fairfield, OH | Full-Time | $55K-85K (based on skillset) which include Bonuses & Commissions About the Role All-Spray, the leader in industrial hot water high-pressure cleaning equipment, is hiring a Field Service Technician. We have 13 locations across 5 states, and our company focuses on quality people—because we know that great employees make a great company. This is a Field Service Technician role with a mix of on-site service calls and shop repairs. Start and end each day at our Fairfield shop—enjoy predictable hours, weekdays only, and evenings at home. What We Offer • Salary Range: $55K-85K (with potential bonuses and commissions) • First shift schedule – Monday through Friday, no weekends, no on-call • Fully stocked service truck with liftgate • Paid training and ongoing support • Company-provided specialty tools and equipment needed for the job • A team environment where your skills and contributions are respected and valued.
