Support financial and operational analyses, build financial models, manage project workflows, prepare executive presentations, and maintain departmental documentation to support strategic initiatives.
Bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years in strategy, financial analysis, project management, or consulting with advanced Excel and project management software skills and strong communication abilities.
Job Description: • Assist with financial and operational analyses that support strategic initiatives such as partnerships, product launches, or market assessments. • Contribute to profitability and performance reviews for existing products, markets, and initiatives by gathering data and preparing summaries. • Build and maintain basic financial models and tracking tools to monitor key metrics and outcomes. • Compile and organize data from Finance, Lending, and Operations into reports and visual summaries for senior team members. • Participate in scenario planning, benchmarking, and research activities that shape HOPE’s strategic direction. • Support the preparation of briefing materials and presentations for leadership meetings and Board updates. • Develop and maintain project management tools, templates, and dashboards in Monday.com to support the department’s portfolio of strategic and operational initiatives. • Manage assigned workstreams and track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with enterprise goals. • Facilitate project meetings, document action items and follow-ups. • Support with managing departmental logistics, documentation, and internal communications. • Coordinate and prepare materials for department and cross-functional meetings, including agendas, notes, and executive summaries. • Maintain departmental files, tracking systems, and shared drives in accordance with organizational standards. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field. • 3-5 years of professional experience in strategy, financial analysis, project management, or consulting roles. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, v-lookups, pivot tables, financial modeling) and PowerPoint (create, edit, format, data visualization, presentation); comfort with data analysis and visualization. • Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Smartsheet. • Proven ability to structure and resolve ambiguous challenges, lead complex projects, and effectively engage with senior leadership through clear verbal and written communication • Exceptional communication skills, with experience creating high-quality, executive-level presentations and materials.
