Summary 'Honey Tree Preschools is seeking a Part Time Assistant / Co-Teacher to join our vibrant team in all 3 of our schools - Wilton, Monroe, and Bethel. This role is vital in supporting our mission to nurture and educate young children in a caring environment. Join us in making a difference in the lives of children and their families.' Responsibilities ' Assist lead teachers in implementing educational activities tailored to early childhood development. • Support classroom management and create a positive learning environment. • Prepare learning materials and assist with lesson planning. • Engage with children to foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth. • Communicate effectively with parents and team members. • Ensure safety and well-being of all children in the classroom. • Support inclusive practices for children with special needs. • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom setting.' • Qualifications ' Prior experience working with young children or in a preschool setting. • Knowledge of early childhood education principles. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to support diverse learning needs, including children with disabilities. • Passion for working with children and fostering their development. • Familiarity with curriculum planning and classroom activities. • Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred but not required. • Reliable, patient, and enthusiastic about early childhood education.'
