Role Summary: The Fundraiser Success Manager ensures the success of fundraising campaigns launched on the Schoolfundr platform, working closely with the sales team to execute fundraisers that engage and energize school communities. Specialists oversee the lifecycle of fundraisers, from onboarding and preparation to launch and completion. They’ll work directly with coaches, teachers, and group leaders to guide them through proven strategies and inspire participants—often a room full of teenage students or a youth sports team—to take action. A successful fundraiser not only achieves its goals but also drives referrals, repeat business, and new opportunities, directly contributing to Schoolfundr’s growth and impact. This role is ideal for energetic, engaging, and highly organized individuals who are passionate about helping students succeed, such as teachers looking to transition out of the classroom into edtech, ex-coaches, or professionals currently in ed-tech. Key Responsibilities: Fundraiser Preparation: Coordinate onboarding, set up, and planning for fundraisers, ensuring group leaders and participants are ready to execute successful campaigns. Fundraiser Execution: Act as a coach and cheerleader for fundraising teams, inspiring participants and leaders to buy-in to the process and guide them on best practices to achieve their goals using the Schoolfundr platform. Engagement: Rally and motivate participants, including speaking to groups of students and teenagers (in-person and virtually), to maximize participation and excitement for their fundraiser. Relationship Management: Build long-lasting relationships with coaches, teachers, and group leaders, establishing trust in Schoolfundr as their go-to fundraising solution. Sales and Growth: Leverage successful campaigns to network within school communities, secure referrals for new fundraisers, and drive renewals for future campaigns Collaboration: Partner with Schoolfundr sales reps to ensure smooth handoffs and seamless campaign execution. CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking the status of ongoing and completed fundraisers to optimize outcomes. Flexibility: Be available to support fundraisers outside regular business hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Preferred Education and Experience: High-energy, engaging personality with a passion for motivating students and youth to succeed. Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple fundraisers simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. An ownership mentality: proactive, reliable, and results-driven. A background in education, coaching, or working with youth, with an innate ability to inspire and connect with students. Adaptability to the fast-paced, evolving nature of fundraising. Confidence to lead a room, present ideas, and encourage participation in group settings. Comfortability using and presenting scheduling and video conference tools to organize and conduct impactful remote/virtual meetings Familiarity with CRM systems such as Pipedrive (preferred) Preferred Qualifications: Preference for working MST & PST hours area and willing to travel as needed via automobile for on-site fundraisers when needed 2+ years of experience in customer success, onboarding/implementation, or customer support role, preferably in education, ed-tech, or SaaS.
