Your job title: BDC We’re searching for someone to work on our Business Development team as an appointment setterfull-time. You’ll serve as the compassionate voice of our company, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients in their time of need, screening, and scheduling appointments with our acquisitions team. Responsibilities • Call new leads quickly that fill out forms online that they are looking to sell • Answer inbound inquiries and lead calls, analyze their reason for selling, and make sure they feel seen and heard • Manage team member schedules, including setting appointments for acquisitions members, to foster company growth • Following up on all leads with a core focus of converting those to appointments, building rapport with our leads, and following up on all appointments ensuring success for each completed appointment • Collaborating with team members to ensure all leads are followed up on appropriately Qualifications • Sales or customer service experience is highly valued • Strong computer and data entry skills • Experience setting appointments is ideal • Experience in real estate ideal • CRM experience is a must Who’s the Boss: Justin Setzer Who are we?
