Role Description We’re looking for a strategic yet hands-on professional to lead growth and partnership initiatives for a fast-scaling remote service network. The ideal candidate combines business development expertise with operational leadership, capable of driving measurable results while maintaining strong partner and team relationships. Responsibilities Develop and manage B2B partnerships to expand the service network. Drive new collaborations, lead-sharing programs, and strategic growth projects. Oversee and mentor remote teams to ensure service quality and accountability. Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations to deliver results. Monitor KPIs related to performance, partner engagement, and profitability. Remain hands-on during early scaling phases to support partners and operations directly. Requirements 4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or operations management. Proven track record in managing B2B relationships or partner ecosystems. Strong leadership, negotiation, and project management skills. Experience working with or selling to the U.S. market is a strong plus. Background in home improvement, repair, or technical service industries is highly valued. Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive communication, and a strong sense of ownership. Fluent English is required; Russian proficiency is a strong plus.
