Job Overview We are looking for a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team. Fluency in English. Fluency in Cantonese is a plus. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of service and efficiency. You'll be part of a dedicated team that works behind the scenes to keep our inventory moving and our customers satisfied. Duties • Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately • Print and apply labels to packages • Operate a forklift safely and effectively • Lift and carry items weighing up to 70 lbs • Perform basic math calculations for inventory and order management • Wrap pallets securely for shipment • Use basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals • Receive and verify inventory, ensuring correct quantities are received • Maintain clean and safe workspace Qualifications • Previous warehouse experience • Fluency in English • Fluency in Cantonese is a plus • Ability to drive a forklift (certification a plus) • Experience with shipping, receiving, loading, unloading, and equipment repair • Understanding of basic math skills for inventory counts • Basic computer proficiency • Strong teamwork and communication skills • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure • Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Work Location: In person
