We’re seeking a Maintenance Supervisor 3rd shift to lead a team of skilled technicians in maintaining and improving equipment reliability for our distribution transformer manufacturing operations. In this role, you’ll coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance, optimize resources, and ensure a safe, efficient work environment. How You’ll Make an Impact • Develop and manage preventative maintenance plans aligned with organizational goals. • Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, labor allocation, and equipment access. • Lead and mentor maintenance technicians to build a high-performing team. • Ensure compliance with safety programs and maintain a clean, secure work environment. • Analyze data to identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend solutions. • Track and improve key maintenance metrics such as asset utilization and schedule compliance. • Manage inventory of critical parts, tools, and consumables. • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background • High School Diploma/GED plus 6 years of planning and/or maintenance supervisory experience, OR • Associate’s Degree plus 4 years of planning and/or maintenance supervisory experience, OR • Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 years of planning and/or maintenance supervisory experience. • Previous leadership experience with high-performance teams. • Knowledge of continuous improvement systems and safety compliance. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work all shifts and occasional weekends.
