Data Analyst – Cybersecurity Duration: 12 Months + Possible Extension/ FTE Location: Remote Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Data Analyst – Cybersecurity to join our Global Cybersecurity team. This role supports cybersecurity awareness and human risk training initiatives across a large enterprise. You will work closely with the Data and Human Risk teams to manage training projects, create content, and deliver high-quality data analysis and reporting. Key Responsibilities • Support and manage multiple cybersecurity training projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. • Perform advanced data analysis, cleansing, and visualization using Excel, Power BI, and SQL. • Build dashboards, charts, and presentation-ready reports with clear, concise storytelling. • Draft and edit content including training emails, presentations, and guides. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as day-to-day contact for Human Risk projects. • Use generative AI tools for efficient content creation and editing. Required Skills • Strong communication skills; personable and collaborative. • Expert-level Excel (PivotTables, Power Query, formulas, data modeling) and strong Power BI experience. • Proficiency in SQL for querying and data validation. • Advanced PowerPoint skills (executive-level slides, visual storytelling). • Project management experience with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts. • Familiarity with basic cybersecurity concepts is a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Jira. • Experience using generative AI tools for content creation. Qualifications • 5+ years in project or program management, data analysis, or similar roles. • Experience in IT or cybersecurity environments preferred.
