Position Type: Contract Remote Required: • 5+ years of progressive marketing and/or product management experience in the in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) or core laboratory diagnostics space. • 5+ years in IVD or core laboratory diagnostics with MBA, or 5+ years in marketing plus IVD/core laboratory experience with a bachelor’s degree. • Proven end-to-end experience, including market research, product definition, NPD support, launch planning, campaign execution, sales enablement, and training development. • Strongly prefer IVD product management experience. • This position is expected to contribute to and deliver business processes or detailed technology solutions in a self-managed and target-oriented manner, and thus contribute to team results. Responsibilities: • End-to-end product management: Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, zone marketing, sales, regulatory, clinical, etc.) to develop business cases for product enhancements and improvements. Drive cross-functional alignment to deliver differentiated, customer-focused solutions. Manage global forecasting and supply to support accelerated growth. • Customer and Market Insights: Serve as a Chronic Disease subject matter expert across stakeholder groups, including laboratorians, hospital administrators, and ministries of health. Gather and interpret market dynamics and customer insights to shape portfolio strategy and inform product innovation. • Competitive Selling Strategies: Monitor and analyze competitive offerings. Develop positioning, messaging, and sales enablement tools that clearly differentiate our products and demonstrate added value to customers. • Product Definition & Development: Translate customer needs into well-defined product requirements and design inputs.
