Hiring: Insurance Brokers Location: Remote – Florida Type: 1099 Independent Contractor Are you a motivated insurance professional ready to build lasting residual income and advance your career? We’re a fast-growing national brokerage specializing in employee group benefits — including health, dental, vision, life, and disability plans for small to mid-size businesses. We’re expanding our sales team and seeking licensed Life & Health producers and Sales Managers / DRLPs to join our remote team across multiple territories. What You’ll Do • Contact business owners and HR managers (B2B). • Conduct needs analyses, collect census data, and present quotes (prepared by our internal support team). • Use our CRM and auto dialer to manage your pipeline and follow-ups. • Close new group accounts and build recurring, residual income. • Experienced producers may advance into Sales Manager / DRLP roles overseeing specific territories or divisions. Compensation & Career Growth • Commission: 30% on new business + lifetime vested renewals (no resets). • Bonuses: Up to $10,000 per month based on performance. • Earnings Potential: • Ramp (3–6 months): $6K–$10K/month • Year 1: $70K–$120K • Year 2–3: $200K–$300K+ (including renewals) Advancement Paths: • Top Sales → Senior Producer → Executive Account Manager • Leadership → Team Lead → Sales Manager → DRLP What We Provide • Warm B2B leads, CRM, and auto dialer (no manual calling). • Quoting and proposal support – our team handles all plan designs. • Weekly training (ACA, ERISA, and sales development). • Licensing reimbursement for qualified candidates. • E&O coverage under brokerage. • Access to top national carriers. • Full back-office support for renewals, compliance, and servicing.
