Description • *$1,500 Sign On Bonus!** HILLS Properties has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Maintenance Technician to join the team at one of our luxury apartment communities, Waterford Place, in Loveland, Ohio! This is a regular, full-time position with some evening and weekend on call hours required. As a maintenance technician, we will keep you busy! You play a key role in upholding our high standards and reputation by maintaining all areas of the property and performing service requests for residents.
