Hill Property Media is hiring a Real Estate Media Sales Representative to help expand and nurture our client base in two core service regions: the Savannah, Georgia market (and surrounding 1-hour radius) and the Chico, California market (and surrounding 1-hour radius). This is a flexible, relationship-driven role that can be done from any location and at your own pace, as long as you’re consistently building rapport with agents and learning the markets you support. If you’re outside Savannah or Chico, you’ll need to study those cities—understand their neighborhoods, their agents, and the local real estate style—so you can communicate effectively and represent our brand with confidence. This is our first dedicated sales role, and it’s ideal for someone who enjoys communication, understands the real estate world, and values long-term relationships. Our clients return to us because of the quality of our work and the service they receive—your goal is to help more agents discover that. What You’ll Do This role blends relationship-building with sales, outreach, and client support. Your day may include: • Reaching out to agents through calls, texts, emails, and social media to introduce HPM’s services • Developing long-term relationships with agents in Savannah or Chico (or both) • Conducting short client presentations via Google Meet or Zoom • Educating agents on our media packages, upgrades, and marketing solutions • Onboarding new clients, helping them get set up, and making the experience smooth • Reaching out to past clients to check in, share updates, and offer new services • Coordinating upsells such as video, 3D tours, aerial, branding content, and seasonal packages • Managing a simple pipeline of leads, follow-ups, and active conversations • Learning real estate trends and media needs in one or both markets • Identifying which area you prefer to focus on (Savannah-region, Chico-region, or hybrid) You are free to use the outreach methods that work best for you. Our structure supports you—but your personality and consistency will drive results. Even without daily sales, your hourly pay ensures your time is always valued. Naturally, as relationships deepen, sales begin to happen organically. Compensation • $10/hour base pay (flexible schedule, remote work) • 50% commission on any upsell or new client booking • Example: If a new booking is $1,000 → you earn $500 • Once trained (after 1–2 months), 1–3 high-ticket sales per day is realistic • Hourly pay is provided because relationship-building has long-term value, even on slower days Qualifications • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred (real estate/media experience is a plus) • Strong communication skills—warm, friendly, confident • Understanding of (or willingness to learn) the Savannah GA and Chico CA real estate markets • Comfortable with outreach via call, text, email, and social media • Able to run simple virtual client presentations • Familiarity with Fair Housing principles and real estate marketing standards (or willingness to learn) • Organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and follow-ups • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently • Integrity-driven—respects relationships and prioritizes long-term client trust • Adaptable to new tools, updated services, and changing market needs Why Work With Us Hill Property Media is a boutique, selective media company where relationships matter just as much as the work we produce.
