Overview THE ROLE:The Marketing Coordinator for North America (NAM) Product Marketing will assist approved and pending product launches within the current NAM product portfolio. The position will assist the day-to-day activities of the vertical leads managing the existing portfolio, notably efforts towards developing new products including label approvals, claims tracking, project managing tasks, executive approvals, sending out product samples and more. Key functions in the role will include assisting with projects for reformulations, line extensions and country rollouts, including support for product messaging as required, managed through Herbalife’s internal systems and protocols. This position will support product development and ideation that are aligned with consumer trends across categories. HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:• Supports regional product development and maintenance activities through the Agile system, assisting with cross-functional coordination on claims updates, packaging and related tasks. • Assists in creating competitive analysis and tracking competitive insights and learnings, coordinating with Consumer Insight team.• Coordinates product sampling efforts internally with our Sensory team and R&D, and external sampling requests. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams on SKU discontinuation processes, helping to communicate plans to Distributors and Supply Chain.• Monitors internal social media platforms to ensure prompt responses to Distributor and Customer questions about product formulations, inventory, or related concerns• Supports various Product related business activities across assigned verticals (categories) to achieve regional business objectives. • Performs additional duties as assigned.
