Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant/Clerk to support our administrative team. This role involves handling various clerical duties, managing front desk operations, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, office management experience, and excellent communication abilities to ensure smooth daily operations within a professional environment. Responsibilities • Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and courtesy • Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls appropriately using phone etiquette • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records • Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software for daily tasks • Manage calendar appointments and schedule meetings efficiently • Handle customer support inquiries via phone, email, or in person • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software • Support office management activities including supply inventory and organization • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with company policies Skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools • Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities • Experience with data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management • Knowledge of QuickBooks and basic bookkeeping is preferred • Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette • Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs • Previous office or clerical experience is highly desirable • Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and professionally • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with office management software • Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is advantageous • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities effectively Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Application Question(s): • Experience with mailroom and printer.
