A director of traffic and first impressions, you will be the first face of the agency. Must be outgoing, organized, friendly and helpful. You must work well with others and be open to coaching. The right person will embrace the opportunity to grow and develop in their role while simultaneously promoting the growth and development of the overall team and all individual team members. There is the opportunity for advancement within the organization for the right person. Job duties include answering phones, greeting walk-in customers, directing both calls and walk-ins to the appropriate place. Handling all payments and billing issues, mail processing, scanning and attaching documents, and managing inventory. Must be able to anticipate the teams needs as well as adapting in a fast-paced environment. The hours for this job are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. at 264 Twin Points Rd. Hot Springs, AR 71913.
