Overview We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members • Perform data entry, filing, and clerical tasks to maintain organized office records • Handle customer inquiries and provide support with a focus on excellent service • Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as required • Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies when necessary • Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution • Assist with administrative duties as assigned by management Skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace • Strong typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills • Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients • Experience with front desk operations and office management preferred • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and calendar management tools • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently • Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is advantageous • Personal assistant experience is beneficial for supporting executive staff • Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist where your contributions will be valued, and your professional growth encouraged.
