Full Description

The Project Manager- Hospital Facilities Planning will combine quantitative methods, strategic thinking, and innovative project management approaches to impact our nation’s premier hospital clients. This PM will work with a diverse team of engineers, architects, operations, clinicians, and managers to contribute to optimizing supply chain processes, materials and inventory management to assure the delivery of safe, efficient, and effective patient care. While this is a remote opportunity, our client has a strong preference for qualified candidates who are located in NY, NJ, PA though motivated candidates regardless of location are also encouraged to apply! Responsibilities: • Lead multiple projects with a variety of hospital clients from analyzing existing processes to redesigning, improving and optimizing supply chain/materials management • Help manage both hospital remodeling and greenfield construction projects, working collaboratively with architects, contractors, clinicians, other hospital based stakeholders • Analyze the flow of materials and information through healthcare facilities by applying a wide range of quantitative tools and models • Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with internal and client stakeholders in pursuing enhanced hospital client processes Education & Experience: • BA/BS degree (or higher) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Facilities Design, or other relevant discipline • 5+ years of experience in a hospital or medical center environment in project management in a similar role • Ability to manage complex projects within budget and on time with minimal supervision Compensation • $125,000-$150,000 • Strong benefits package • Business expense budget
