Full Description

Job Summary:   The Director of Strategic Accounts will report to the Vice President of Strategic Accounts. The Client Growth team is part of the Revenue Organization and reports up to the Chief Commercial Officer. In this role, you will serve as the Commercial-facing representative to our existing clients and act as a trusted advisor in helping them grow and expand beyond their current programs, solutions and services. Your primary objectives will be to identify expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities and convert those into meaningful revenue growth for HRS. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strategic relationships at the executive level * Lead and execute strategic account growth plans * Identify and close opportunities including new programs, solutions and services * Serve as escalation point for internal and external client needs * Collaborate with Client Strategy team to prepare and, when appropriate, lead business reviews * Build client champions and convert them into HRS evangelists * Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure long-term client success Primary KPIs: * Achievement of assigned revenue quota for Client Growth accounts (commissioned) * Pipeline development and opportunity creation within assigned accounts (non-commissioned) Requirements: * Minimum 6 years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or consulting * Proven success in building and managing executive-level relationships at health systems * Demonstrated success in upsells and expansion revenue generation * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Deep interest and/or experience in healthcare technology * Ability to understand and articulate operational and technical product capabilities * Self-starter with strong sense of accountability * Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to drive client satisfaction and outcomes What We Offer: * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Flexible hours and fully remote work environment * Unlimited PTO * Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance packages * Flexible spending accounts and commuter benefits * 401(k) savings plan with company match * Company-sponsored events and team-building activities * The opportunity to work with a passionate, mission-driven team About HRS: For over a decade, HRS has been at the forefront of the Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) landscape, consistently delivering proven clinical and financial outcomes that have positively impacted over a million patients.
