You’ll ensure system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows and integration with other systems. Key Responsibilities: * Epic Prelude Implementation & Support: Configure and manage Prelude for smooth patient registration workflows and resolve related issues. * Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) Management: Support RTE functionality for real-time insurance eligibility verification and enhance workflows. * System Maintenance: Perform updates, patches, and ensure integration with other Epic modules and external systems. * Collaboration & Troubleshooting: Work closely with the Epic team and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and ensure system usability. Qualifications: * Epic Certification: Epic Prelude and RTE certification required. * Experience: 2-3 years in Epic system configuration (Prelude and RTE modules). * Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and insurance verification. * Proficiency with Epic systems, SQL, and integration management is a plus. * Strong problem-solving and communication skills
